    100 g (½ pieces)

  • Quick-cooking oats

    50 g (¼ cup)

  • Almond milk

    250 g (1 cup)

  • Honey

    20 g (2 tsp)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Take chunks of pear and add them into your blender.

    Add rolled oats, and almond milk and blend until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add honey, and ground cardamon and mix until combined.

  4. 4

    Add ice cubes to taste, blending until smooth once again.

  5. 5

    Top with additional honey or sprinkle some cinnamon on top for extra flavor. (Optional)
